interior listening bar "bar and back bar design"

I am looking for a talented freelancer to design a modern interior listening bar and back bar design with a Los Angeles look. The bar should have a wood back bar, soft lighting and a concrete bar with heavy wood bar top that is soft lit under bar top ( I have an example picture for guidance) . I have a budget of $1,000 - $5,000 for the project. I'm open to suggestions for colors of the bar and back bar design, but would prefer neutral tones.
