import three small 2D scale model images into CAD and ready for 3d printing

I am trying to build a custom model of an vintage racecar. The model is no longer made but I secured most of the original parts from the manufacturer and need only a few more to complete the model. I have a photo of the missing parts and so based on the parts I do have and the aforementioned photos of the complete kit, I was able to measure and draw 2D images of the parts I need. I want someone to import these 2D images into CAD and make the associated enhancements so that they can be printed on a 3D printer (SLA, resin). The 2D scale model images are in JPEG format. I am open to any suggestions or further advice from the freelancers regarding the work in order to produce the best outcome. Thank you!
