3D house drawing

I am looking for an experienced 3D house drawing professional who can accurately and beautifully create a large (over 2000 sq ft) modern-style house based on my existing floor plans (in and out). The ideal candidate will have experience in creating realistic 3D models that capture the essence of modern architecture. The project requires attention to detail and the ability to work within the parameters of the existing floor plans. The final deliverable should be a photorealistic 3D model that showcases the house's design, layout, and features. Toward the end, I will try to add my own picture of some features that I'd like to see if it's work with the plan (it will be easy for me to see which colors and style i like better). Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit
- Experience in creating modern architectural designs
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with existing floor plans
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
- A portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling work that demonstrates a strong understanding of modern architecture.
