Seeking an imaginative interior designer with expertise in budget-friendly projects (around $350) to transform the first floor of my newly rented house. This space encompasses a combined dining room, living room (with existing furniture including a sofa, rugs, and a TV stand) and a kitchen (which is already done), as well as a small hall.
Additional pieces are needed, including a light, dining table, storage/shelves, more rugs, and various accessories. All items should be selected from a list of specific websites I will provide. The aim is to create a design plan that gracefully incorporates these chosen items. A visual representation of the design plan is mandatory.
