3D head sculpting according to reference phot

I am looking for a skilled 3D sculptor to create a 3D head sculpture for me according to reference photos. The sculpture is going to be 1:12 scale so moderate level of detail is going to work.
I am pretty short with time so I need someone who is available immediately and someone who can immediately start with work.
If I am satisfied with your work it is going to be ongoing project.
