3D head modeling

I need to make facial animations for several character. I would like to try outsourcing the modeling part. This character is a french journalist caledl Eric Zemmour. I don't need the hair, but the 3D head result should be consistent with 3D standards topology for future animation. I need a Maya compatible format.
