glTF 3D modeling and animation

I need a 3D modeling of the attached character in glTF format, with an embeeded natural animation of the character waving one of his hand to draw attention of the viewer and then making a "come here" movement with one of his hand too. There should be also a text displayed above him when the "come here" movement is done.
