game map design

Hi, I'm looking for a 3d designer that can make sets of 3 different types of houses, townhouses, houses, and apartments, I need 4 different color schemes for the townhouses, 10 for the houses, and only 2 for the apartments. I don't need the cars or the driveway, I just need the houses. I will attach pictures and tell you more once you message me. They should be high quality for my game. Thanks.
