3D floor plans and master plan (non 3D) for 5 houses project

I am looking for someone to create 3D floor plans and a master plan (non 3D) for a project consisting of five small houses. The houses should have a modern architectural style and incorporate sustainable design elements. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating sustainable and modern designs for small homes, as well as proficiency in 3D modeling software. Specific requirements for the floor plans will be discussed in further detail upon hiring.
