fabrication drawings for 3D mannequin type bust model
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
SKILLS: you are an expert level 3D mannequin designer with artistic sensibilities familiar with various fabrication and manufacturing techniques using metal tubes
SCOPE: you will receive OBJ and STL files of a 3D life size mannequin bust made of tubes, you will refine and prepare the model for fabrication using tube based metal parts, as follows:
1. design the model using off-the-shelf metal tubes for fabrication and easy assembly, provide accurate drawings to include:
metal type (researched)
length, diameter (OD:ID), wall thickness
bending specifications (qualified within the parameters of what can be fabricated)
tolerances/gaps for hi-quality look and finish
weight considerations for dimensional shipping
packing/shipping considerations (lowering costs)
2. drawings for easy assembly without using any heat or glue
screw points, screw types (research)
3. above phases will be verified by select vendors during the design process to qualify that the proposed designs are in fact manufacturable
deliverables: 3D files for fabricating the parts including explosive views and slices, 360 degree gallery video, PDF files for the vendors reference, WORD files (assembly instructions in English)
