2D and 3D elevation design for 40x30 corner G+1 house

We are looking for a Architect or elevation design to design 2D elevation with level marked in it as well as 3D elevation design for our 40x30 residenrial projects . Attaching the file in attachments.
We at compas survey need a 3D elevation designer frequently for our projects .
Our Budget for current project is between 2k-3k.
