My duplex project

I am looking forward to turning my dream of owning a duplex into a reality. I have a budget of $100,000 - $200,000 and am planning to build a two-story duplex that meets my needs. I am hoping for the project to be completed within 1 week. I am looking for a reliable freelancer that can complete this project in an efficient and timely manner.
