3D drawing for toilet stem mold

I am looking for a skilled 3D designer who can create a 3D drawing for a toilet stem mold. The intended use for the mold is for rotational molding.
I have exact specifications for the design and dimensions of the mold, so I need someone who can work with those specifications accurately. I already have a 3D file to start with.
I need this project done as soon as possible, so I need someone who can work efficiently and deliver high-quality results within a short timeframe.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience in 3D design and modeling
