drag chain component CAD modelled

I am in need of a CAD model designed in STL (as I will be 3D printing it) which is a very slight variation of a simple plastic drag/cable chain - something like https://grabcad.com/library/cable-chain-17. I have the actual plastic drag chain model which almost works perfectly for my requirements https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B08R1LFZTN?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 (see link for overall dimensions) but I need the components slightly modified:

-I need the "lock cylinder" see attachment to protrude in width by 1mm past the hole it goes in to.
-I need the linkage bar to be only 3mm in width
