2D drafting and 3D renderer with sketching skills required

My company designs yachts and I am looking for someone to help with 2D drawings and some 3D rendering. Also possibly suit someone with good sketching skills that can sketch and utilise photoshop or similar. The outlines and shape 3D files are provided to work from and require enhancing into 3D renderings. I am looking for a good communicator in English that is prepared to start part time and work towards more full time employment.
We are based in New Zealand and I am looking for someone to be able to commit to a longer term employment. An hourly rate of NZ$8.00 to start and payments weekly via our time tracking app.
