digital marketer -- 4

I'm looking for someone who is good at modelling in Blender. I'm not wanting a full model made, as I already have it. What I'm wanting is someone who's able to modify said model. I have a 3D lego character and I'm wanting his hair to be sticking out through his beanie, but the hair itself is just clipping through the beanie. so I want someone who's able to remove most of the hair so that it only sticks out where it would in real life. attached is images of the model
