3D designer

I am looking for a 3D designer with experience in Office Design to work on a project. I need the design to be rendered, but I don't have any existing models or files to work with. The designer will be responsible for developing the design from the ground up. I am looking to have a 3D model of my architectural design that is accurate, professional looking, and optimized for visualization. The 3D Designer must have a portfolio of their work and should be available to clarify their approach and timeline.
