2 designed files to run on a cnc machine

I need 2 small 3d files that can be used to CNC and 3d print to confirm sizes.
I have attached a picture with dimensions.
Basically, I want to be able to slide in a staple to the upper cylinder and pull down a lever and the staple will curl inward.
If you look at a stapler how the the bottom plate looks, I want something similar.
My application is going to be used to apply staples to hold buckles on sandals.
