design a model for 3D printing

I am looking for a creative and experienced individual to design a 3D printed model for me. The model's intended use is for prototype/testing and should be designed in PLA material. Although I do not have specific dimensions or scale for the model, I do have a rough idea of what I am looking for and am open to suggestions. The model should meet my requirements and provide quality results.
