3d design for 3d printing

I would like 4 3d designs made from photos or pictures, I want to be able to print them on my 250x250x250 printer so they will need to be able to be split. I would like them 400mm in size.

A little research on Internet would be required to create 3 different characters.

Some one who knows Dr who series would be big advantage
