3d design for network cable holder for 8-16 ports with dual din rail clips at the end

I need help with the rapid development of a 3D prototype. While I don't have specifics on geometry, structure complexity, level of detail, or preferred texture and material at this point, being able to take a vague concept and turn it into a concrete prototype is key.
