3D design for factory

I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to create an architectural design for my mid-sized (5,000 - 10,000 sq ft) factory. I will provide all of the necessary information, but the designer should also have the creativity to suggest ideas and approaches that will make the final design as presentable and practical as possible. The successful bidder should have experience and expertise in all areas of 3D design and architecture in order to provide me with a high-quality finished product.
