3d design for acoustic separator device

I am looking for a 3D designer who can create a model of an acoustic separator device in STL & STEP format. The intended use of the device is open to suggestions, so I am looking for someone with experience in various applications such as industrial, home or office use, or outdoor/public space. While I do not have specific dimensions or constraints for the device, I am looking for a designer who can provide suggestions and work with general dimensions based on my selected referral papers. Ideal skills for this project include proficiency in 3D modeling software (SOLIDWORKS) and experience with acoustic design.
