3D design + 2D drawings for an apartment design

I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to help with the design of an apartment unit, including both 3D modeling and 2D drawings. The 3D modeling required is interior design, while the 2D drawings will include sketches up views, technical drawings including electrical, sections, and joinery. The size of the apartment is two bedrooms. The final deliverables should include 3D models and 2D documentation that is suitable to the use for construction drawings.
