design a 1/2 dog box/ fridge canopy

it needs to be a sealed canopy with the dog box having holes cut into it but also has a plate that can be bolted onto it to seal it off. the frame needs to be made from a 3-inch pipe and bent at 160 degrees halfway up. it needs to be 900mm tall and 850mm wide.
