3d design to convert dicom file of ct scan image to stl file

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me convert my DICOM file of a CT scan image into an STL file for analysis in Ansys Workbench. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D design and be familiar with DICOM files and Ansys Software.
