design a contoured 3d part that can be assembled and shipped flat

I currently produce 5.5'' circumference x 5'' tall inflatable cylinders. Each piece weights ~ 42 grams and when deflated measures < 2cm. I'm looking redesign my cylinder bumpers, into a shape like the attached images of this baby hip seat. I need your assistance to design a unique, contoured 3d part that is able to be assembled and shipped close to flat. The desired material for the 3D part is plastic. The approximate size of the final assembled product is small, less than 6 inches. Additionally, the design requires some specific features. These include snap-fit, screw holes, and slots for proper assembly. I am looking for a freelancer to help me design this part and provide a high quality 3D render.
