3d design in STEP, IGS , STP, SLDPRT or X_T format for my manufacturer

i have provided a pencil drawing of what im requiring to be put into a 3d digital design. (STEP, IGS , STP, SLDPRT or X_T format)
i will also require images of the rendering in PDF.
it is a compact metal/titanium object that folds out with 90" bars (one to the left and one to the right) the bars fold back in on the centre support bar.
the product will be made out of metal/titanium so the drawings will need to be very precise.
