3D design

I am looking for a 3D designer to create architectural visualizations for a commercial project. I am open to suggestions for the design style and theme, but I do have some initial ideas that I am willing to discuss and modify. The ideal candidate should have experience in commercial architecture and be able to create realistic and detailed 3D models. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with me to achieve the desired outcome.
