Re-creation of a weapon from a mobile game named PG3D.

I'm seeking a Blender expert to re-create a single pixelated weapon from a mobile game called PG3D. The name of the weapon is called Exterminator. The final use of the re-created weapon model will be for animation, so the model needs to be perfect for this purpose. I can provide you with the OBJ file for the weapon, the incomplete texture file, and of course, reference images, and videos, so you can have a look at what the weapon looks like. I need this complete as soon as possible please!
