create a 3d model stl file

I'm looking for someone to create a 3D model from a photograph in the form of an stl file that I can use for a CNC carving project. I have specific dimensions and measurements I need the 3D model to conform to, and the material will be wood. I'm expecting a model that is suitable for accurate and precise CNC carving. The deliverable should be the stl file of the 3D model, which I can pass along to the CNC machinist.
