create 3d model of sloped terrain in sketchup

I have attached the image of topographic land and another file CAD(and Image) that have all the dimensions of the land. I need lot#1 only from the image create 3D model in sketchup. It needs rotates to see different sizes of the land. It should have a scale on the 3d model. The model should have the lot#1 and the road on top. Example of sketup 3d I need this one but without the house.
