create Revit BIM families(.rfa) files for 10 tap models with 10 finishes each

I have 10 models of tap that we need to create revit files for in accordance with Australia New Zealand BIM standards. We need high quality revit family models with clean but models that don't take too much memory. I also need to create 10 "material" or "finish" libraries so that the taps can be installed and a surface selected. As example of 1 model is attached image and dimensional diagram. I do not need all under counter parts modeled, but recommendations welcome.
