convert 2d floorpan to 3d

Hi, I am in need of a freelancer to convert 2D floorpan to 3D. I have a CAD Drawing that my team needs transformed into a realistic 3D model. No additional staffing is required at this time. The 3D model should be realistic in order to accurately represent the room. The freelancer must have prior experience with this type of work, and should be able to provide examples of their work upon request.
