3D conversion project

I need someone that can convert a picture into a 3d file. I've uploaded a sample of the picture. The real picture will not have any background in it. The finished file needs to be high resolution for carving. I'm posting the project at $50. I'll need the finished file by July 15th. Let me know if this is project you can do.
