3D characters help

I need some help to recreate some 3D characters, I don't have the source files but I have some examples.
IDEALLY is an asset that are easily editable or reusable for other reasons and tasks moving forward (ie: you can modify them to be sitting, standing, laying down, in a park on a plane, etc etc)
