3d character design

I am looking for a talented 3D character and prop designer to create a realistic characters and props set (such as tools, trees and structures) for a video game project. The ideal candidate should have experience in realistic character design and be able to work with the the project's specific requirements while also providing creative suggestions.

This is long term project I am working on. I'm looking for someone who is willing to co-lead the creation of the game from the artistic side (concept art, environment design, and game asthetics).

Requirements:

- Creative mindset to provide suggestions and improve the character's overall design
