3D cad for product prototype

My project requires a 3D CAD for a product prototype that is ready for production. I have existing 2D sketches/reference images to give a clear idea of the design. I am looking for a basic representation of the 3D CAD model, so that I can visualize the prototype before going into production. The model should be visually accurate and detailed enough to reflect the design. The desired output should be a file (iges, stl and step files) which will be shared with the manufacturer. As part of our collaboration, I am open to any questions/suggestions you may have. I look forward to seeing your proposal and discussing this further.
