As-built drawing of facility

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to generate an as-built drawing of my facility. The facility is a commercial property and there are existing blueprints available to work from. I need the drawing to be extremely detailed with accurate measurements and annotations. This project requires someone who has a background in working with complex engineering drawings and is able to turn the vision into reality. Additionally, you must be experienced in working with CAD software such as AutoCAD. Experience in thermodynamics is a plus.
