3d building model

I need a 3d model of a building about 1000m2. The building is part of a hotel complex with two floors and traditional Spanish architecture, not very complicated, but with traditional details as roof tiles. I’m only interested in the architecture, only the exteriors not the interiors. I would like it in revit or sketch up. Some renders would be required too, this could be done in Lumion.
