LA-based Fabric Assistant for Specific Task

Need to overnight velvet fabric to an assistant in LA with a car who can then go and pick up 25 yards of a usable fabric for me in LA and cut 5 yards of that fabric and take the two five yard pieces to a place in the arts district and wait while they fuse it. Then that assistant would need to take the fused velvet to my sewer who is in downtown LA and then fed ex me the 20 yards of the usable not used.
It would be a full days work either on Monday July 6th or Tuesday July 7th
