automate a cannabis bud trimmer

I have a hand-operated bud trimmer and would like to ad an electrical engine to it so it can work automatically. What needs to be done is design a blueprint for how to fix a small engine to the trimmer and how the engine will make the blades spin using two simple cogs or perhaps using a simple belt system with wheel. The output of you work should be a practical how-to guide which will allow me to build the thing myself. The blueprint also needs references to the parts that need to be purchased online like Amazon (engine, engine controller, cogs/belt). I will then buy the parts and build the thing myself.

I will provide you with all necessary measurements. I am joining a simple drawing of the wheel and cog systems. I can also send you a video to illustrate better.
