3-D artist and 3-D rendering

I'm looking for someone that can create A 3-D character That is a wolf furry I want them to have realistic Fur And I want him to be fully Rigged And faced rigged I want to be able to animate him And I want the character to look exactly like in the picture of the wolf man I want everything on that character The same. And if you can make him look really nice I can pay up to $280 and Also wanna be able to change the color of the Fur if I wanted to and If I want to change the color of his ears, nose ,Tail ,eyes
