3m architecture model

I am looking to hire someone to create a 3D architecture model for a public/institutional building. The model is intended for visualization and needs to have detailed interior and exterior elements. It should show all levels of representation from basic massing and form to highly realistic with textures and finishes. This model should accurately represent the building design and components so it can be used for visualization and potentially prototyping.
