architectural drawings of a football stadium with different views and high level of detail
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I am looking for architectural drawings with different views or a Revit model of a football stadium. I am working on a project where i am extending the stadium 'the hive' in london.
In terms of changes to the existing stadium:
1- I am looking to build a new south stand where there will be stands that will fit around 4-5 thousands people over two tiers, attached to a new building that will have new facilities.
2- I want to extend the north stand and add new tier of stands on top of the existing structure, with an extra capacity of around 3-4 thousands.
3- I want to deconstruct the east stand and build a new one, that will have new stands with a capacity of around 8 thousands, will have VIP and hospitality boxes, and a new main building that will serve as the main entrance of the stadium, with a creative outside facade, but a design that is still aligned with the surrounding environments.
4- I want to add corner stands to the 4 corners of the stadium, each will also be an entrance for fans to access their seats.
5- I want to add a roof structure made of lightweight material that can support solar panels, and that will be continuous and attach all the stands and corners together.
design considerations:
1- use of sustainable materials
2- building and stands should not be too high, a maximum of 3 storeys
3- architecutre should not be too futuristic to be integrate in the local context of the surrounding area
4- the main stand (east stand) will be higher than the other stands. the north and south stands will have the same height, and for the west stand, the stand itself will not be changed but its roof will change and it will be lower than the other stands. this should be considered when drawing the roof, and i expect a kind of sloped roof that is higher in the east stand and becomes lower on the west stand.
5- the car park that is on the south of the stadium will ultimately be removed and will be replaced by the new south stand, a building with facilities, and a green open area for fans to gather.
deliverables:
Either hand drawings showing different views of the stadium with a mid-high level of detail or a 3d revit model. the interior does not need to be designed, only the exterior of the stadium is needed.
