architectual sketchup

I am looking for an experienced architect who specializes in architectural sketchup to help me with a Residential architectural project. I would like the sketches to be detailed with textures and materials; an overall general architecture within existing buildings is preferred. I have specific requirements in terms of what the end product should look like, so someone with strong communication skills is essential to make sure we create something that meets my expectations. The sketches should portray realistic scenes and structures, with accurate textures and materials, and the ability to further add lighting and shadows to bring out the details.
