I am looking for a skilled 3D artist to create a medium poly architectural model for a product presentation.

Requirements:
- Expertise in architectural modeling
- Ability to create visually appealing and accurate 3D models
- Proficiency in 3D rendering and texturing
- Strong attention to detail in order to achieve the desired level of realism

Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating architectural models for product presentations
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Blender or 3ds Max
- Strong understanding of lighting and shading techniques
- Knowledge of texture mapping and UV unwrapping
