3d animator

I am looking for a 3D animator to create a model for personal use. Specifically, I am looking for a 3D modeling style with specific visual references that I can provide. The animation should be of high quality and I am open to suggestions from the animator. I am expecting the animator to have the relevant experience and technical expertise to develop the model to my standards. Additionally, I am expecting punctual submissions and clear communication as to the progress of the job.
