3D altimeter dial

Hi,
I'm looking for someone who can make a 3D altimeter dial out of the picture attached to this message. The dial will be printed with a 3D printer.
As you can see, there are three levels:
- a back dial with pressure numbers (1010, 1015 to the right);
- a middle dial with a window to the right to show the back dial numbers, it also holds the bigs numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.), "100 Feet" at the top and black & white stripes in the middle;
- a front dial with a window at the bottom to show the middle dial stripes, holds the "ALT" and "Range 20 000 Feet" letters and also the straight white pointer with the inverted triangle at the top.
