Zbrush designing

I am looking for a 3D artist with experience using Zbrush to design a series of realistic characters. My vision is for each character to be created with medium level of detail - enough complexity to give the character life but not so much that it looks overly busy or distracting. The artist should have a solid grip on anatomy, proportion, and other foundations of 3D art in order to bring these characters to life.
